Africans Explain Everything

Hey there!

TRAD is a grassroots educational organization. We create African centered educational experiences, publish tradmag.ca, and create learning tools for students, teachers, and community.

AT TRAD, we are building pedagogies of the possible, creating community, nurturing curiosity, and using cultural education to reimagine what is possible in our lives. We are building something special, and need your help.

Our “Africans Explain Everything” video series will use animation to share original ideas, and philosophies from the cultures of  African peoples and Her vast diaspora.

The videos will be created for and by young learners; funds will go towards paying them for its creation.

Animations will feature original Afro-Caribbean worldviews  and explanations on everything from the beginning of the earth, the origins of death, the reason for seasons, the origins of languages, why birds fly, the origins of music,  the history of  time and more.

Videos will  be used as learning materials in schools and community centers in Canada and around the world. Help us make this happen.
